When were in Park City over Christmas there was one day when the forecast threatened a small snow storm, so Jack and I drove out into the back country to try to chase the storm. Jack was such a trooper for venturing outside the warm car with me to play with my Contax in the snow, but after about 15 minutes my fingers were so frozen that I couldn’t even press the button let alone focus. I went through a roll of black and white film before hypothermia started kicking in and I’m sort of in love with the way the film captured the coldness and serenity of the day.
