It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything personal, and I recently realized that’s beacuse my photography blog hasn’t been a true reflection of my personality. I’ve tended to just post photographs and features, creating a boring (albeit, beautiful) space just used to release new content. This is mainly due to the fact that I would often prioritize other, less important business-running tasks over blogging, which ended up creating a space that I never truly felt was “me”. I found myself only posting weddings and the occasional shoot every few months whenever I found time. More recently, this space has been completely silent due to lots of traveling, adjusting to our new life in Europe, and (to be honest) a much needed break from the day to day demands of running a photography business. However, I’ve been craving a space to share not only beautiful moments, but a place to share visual stories of my couples, clients, travels, and experiences. I’ve spent the last few months reflecting on how I want to grow my work and AMP over the next year, and I’m so excited for what’s in store.
That said, I’ve been working on a recap of my amazing wedding season from 2015 and I can’t wait to share my favorite images from the year! And, ridiculously enough, as I was looking through this last year’s work I realized there are SO many projects that I never shared on the blog! So get excited for lots of new (albeit, old) content from this past year and a lot more updates and posts in the upcoming 2016 year.
