Brittany & Colin are another awesome couple that I had the pleasure of getting to know when I lived above them in San Francisco. Anabel (from Anabel & Moose!) & Brittany were roommates and lived below me and my friends in San Francisco when we first lived in the city. From throwing multi-story apartment parties to backpacking in Yosemite, it’s been amazing getting to know Brittany & Colin individually and as a couple over the past five years. When they got engaged (on an amazing trek up Mount Shasta!) I was so happy for them, and even HAPPIER when they asked me to fly to Vermont to photograph their day! They met at Middlebury and wanted to return to their college hometown to tie the knot and celebrate with their friends from across the country. They started the weekend off with an awesome rehearsal dinner at one of their favorite restaurants – American Flatbread – and it was the perfect place to start the festivities. Their friends and family toasted them with some hilarious speeches and we chowed down on the most delicious pizza ever. Stay tuned for images from their wedding day coming soon!

Oh, and the banana suit?? Did you think I would forget to mention that? Aparently Brittany’s college girlfriends had a bet with her that she would get married before her 28th birthday and Brittany lost (but only by a few months)! Needless to say it was an awesome site seeing the beautiful bride to be in a full on banana costume!
