Kellie & Mike’s Point Reyes Engagement Session was SO much fun and SO them! They are having a Harry Potter/ Lord of the Rings themed wedding at Olympia’s Valley Estate this Spring, and they wanted to incorporate some of those themes into their engagement session as well. And I was the happiest of happy photographers because HARRY POTTER! For those that don’t follow me on instagram, I listen to Harry Potter audiobooks when I edit and it makes my days so magical and wonderful. I’m on round 213894792857 of listening to the whole series because once I finish I start it up again, and it’s become more of a mediative/ relaxing thing more than anything. If I’m feeling anxious or stressed I just turn on HP and it makes me feel calm. SO when these two reached out with their themes and ideas for their session, I was 110% on board. We headed out the Cypress Tunnel in Point Reyes because it doesn’t get more magical than that, and they brought along a ton of props, including robes, scarves, books, multiple wands, and AN OWL. Seriously, I was in heaven. I am SO excited for their wedding in just a few weeks with Quintana Events and can’t wait to see what magic their day holds!
