Anabel & Moose’s day was such a spectacular day, filled with so much love, happiness, and unique details that fit their relationship perfectly. Anabel & Moose were originally going to get married in Turkey, but moved the wedding to Bloomfield Farms in Petaluma three months before the big day. They organized everything in that short time thanks to the help of their friends and family, and the day went off perfectly. Anabel is from Pennsylvania and Moose is from Turkey, and the newlyweds had family and friends travel from around the globe to celebrate their love. Their ceremony, which was a Quaker ceremony led by Anabel’s father, was a beautiful celebration of the close-knit community they’ve created from their lives together in San Francisco. They said “I Do” on top of a mountain and then processed with the entire party down the mountain -“Mama Mia” style – to the cocktail hour set in the golden fields. Guests stayed warm with pashminas brought over by Moose’s family from Turkey and toasted to the newlyweds with turkish Raki. After dinner in the golden fields – and some pretty epic sunset shots on top of the mountain – everyone feasted on baklava and tore up the dance floor when the bride & groom surprised everyone with a turkish band! Honestly, it was the craziest dance floor I’ve ever seen. Even Moose’s grandma and grandpa were getting down! It was such a blessing to be included in this day and so much fun to capture Anabel & Moose’s wedding story.
