Alexa & Dan’s St. Francis Yacht Club wedding is near and dear to my heart and their celebration of their love was so incredibly special. I’ve known Alexa since college, and when she reached out about me photographing her day I was beyond honored. Alexa & Dan’s love is so fun and playful, and they had a blast together before the ceremony smooching it up at the Palace of Fine Arts. Their wedding party was comprised of their siblings and partners, and its as such a fun, relaxed group that made their day so easy going. But what really made this day special was how they celebrated with their sweet daughter Charlotte (aka, Chucky :). She has the biggest blue eyes and the sweetest smile, and celebrating the love their adorable family had for one another made this day incredibly meaningful.

My favorite part of the day was in the ceremony, when their friend and officiant described how they described each other. “In Dan’s world, there is no lemons, only lemonade”. That line has stuck because it truly shows how Alexa has found her perfect match. Alexa is such a warm, bright, incredibly sweet person, and Dan is the perfect counterpart for her because he’s always making her smile. I’m so happy that she found soul mate with Dan!
