I am so excited and grateful that you are interested in choosing me to document your growing family.
Bringing home a new baby is beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and wonderfully imperfect. That's why my newborn sessions are intentionally calm and flexible. We'll follow your baby's lead, take breaks for feeding or diaper changes, and create space for everyone to simply settle in.
Rather than focusing on elaborate props or stiff poses, I document your family just as you are—snuggling on the couch, rocking your baby, admiring tiny fingers and sleepy smiles. These are the moments that will mean the most years from now.
My goal is for your session to feel less like a photoshoot and more like a quiet morning spent soaking in this incredible new chapter.

I recommend picking a date 2-4 weeks after your due date, and we can adjust your session date once your little one is here. I typically photograph newborn sessions anytime from 2 - 8 weeks - that time frame usually gives you enough time to adjust to life with your little one and allows them to grow into themselves a bit, while still capturing them when they are teeny tiny. However, it's never too late to do a "newborn session", and we can do it whenever you want and feel ready! I've photographed newborn sessions with 4 month olds, so there really isn't a time limit on when we can take these precious photos.
When you're ready to book, I'll send you availability calendar where you can choose a date.
Booking your Session
Once we finalize your session date after birth, I'll send you some tips and tricks how what to wear and how to prepare. The most important thing to do before your session is to give yourself some grace and know that this season can be tricky, so snuggle your little one and know that we'll capture all the adorable, precious moments!
How to Prepare
The day of the session I will arrive and tour around your home to look for the best light and locations. I usually like photographing in the living room, master bedroom, and nursery, depending on lighting.
We'll do a mix of family portraits and individual portraits of your little one, and we'll let them be the director of the shoot. If they need anything (snuggling, feeding, comforting) we can be flexible and take our time!
Sessions usually take around 60-90 minutes, or however long your little one lasts.
Day of the SEssion
Your full gallery will be delivered within about two weeks of the shoot through an online gallery. This gallery will allow you to share your favorites with family, order prints and download images.
Your gallery will remain active forever.
